Quality Assurance Engineer
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester with experience developing, publishing, and implementing test plans who also assist with writing and maintaining test automation. Potential candidates will also need experience in developing quality assurance standards, defining and tracking quality assurance metrics. Working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Functionality, Regression, and Load, Integration and Backwards Compatibility Testing, GUI, UI, and Data Testing.
- Experience analyzing Requirements Specifications.
- Experience designing and developing functional and data test scripts.
- Thorough understanding of Testing Methodologies and the QA Life-Cycle Process.
- Thorough understanding of the Development Life-Cycle Process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience creating and documenting test plans 4+ years
- Programming automated test procedures 2+ years
- Perl / Python / Shell programming 2+ years
- Bugzilla and Unix system administration skills a plus
- Excellent communication skills, Excellent written skills, Team Player with a proactive attitude
